Site FAQs
1. Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button in the green box in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Or, click on the ‘Register’ tab on the menu bar.
3. Fill in the mandatory fields on the form and then click on the ‘Create new account’ button.
On the ‘Register’ page please tick the box next to ‘Subscribe to ArtsCareer eNews’.
Register and become a member for free to:
- Share career development resources and events by creating a listing.
- Receive a bi-monthly eNews bulletin with updates on what's happening across artforms as well as the latest opportunities.
- Comment on resources and participate in online discussions

No, you can continue to use your existing user account and sign in to the site using your existing username and password. If you cannot remember your log in details follow the steps listed under the FAQ What do I do if I can’t remember my log in details?
This means that you already have a user account on www.artscareer.com.au To find out your log in details follow these steps:
1. Click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link in the green box in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Fill in the mandatory fields on the form and click the ‘Email new password’ button.
3. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to log in to the site.
5. Follow the steps in the email to sign in.

1. Register with or log into artscareer.com.au
2. Click on the ‘Create Listing’ button in the green box in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Or click on the ‘Create Listing’ tab on the menu bar.
4. Fill in the mandatory fields and then click on the ‘Save’ button.
5. You can upload an image by browsing for it on your computer and then clicking the ‘Upload’ button.
6. If you are including a link to an external website please include “http://” in the URL.
7. Once you submit a notice it will be placed in a moderation queue to be approved for publication. Most notices are published within 24 hours. Once the notice is published you will be able to view it by clicking on the ‘My Listings’ button in the green box in the top right corner of the screen (you will need to be logged into the site in order to do this).
1. Click on the listing title to view it in full and scroll to the bottom of the listing page.
2. In the ‘Report listing for’ box, select the option you would like to report the listing for and click ‘Submit’.
3. The ArtsCareer Administrator will then remove the listing if deemed inappropriate.

1. Only the ArtsCareer Administrator can upload a podcast or vodcast to the Career TV pages.
2. You can post links to podcasts and vodcasts on other websites by creating a listing and selecting the ‘Career Live’ option under the appropriate art form category. You can put the web link in the URL box on the ‘Create Listing’ form.
